    Thinking of visiting south america, beginning in bogata and going south,visiting 4 or 5 countries, avoiding Brazil.perhaps for 17 days.like Europe, I would use the train simply to get from one country to the next only.I’m a senior. Is it cheaper,are there south american rail passes.any visa requirements.when is best time to go? I’m retired. Thanks
